We come to see Dr Chelsea for our dog and our chickens. My dog has never liked the vet, however loves being around Dr Chelsea ( I think her treats help)

Modbury Vet clinic was a great place for the whole time my dog Holly lived locally. Dr Chelsea Smith was a great support during Holly's life and made her passing as comfortable for Holly and myself as I could possibly hope for. I could not he more grateful.
Recently switched to this vet clinic on a recommendation from a family member and am glad I did! My dog had to get a few lumps removed and all of the vets, vet nurses & staff have been wonderful. Would definitely recommend to anyone else in the area!

Very. caring and polite friendly staff. My cat is elderly with health issues and the vets and nurses have looked after him very well. They are very gentle and loving towards the animals under their care.
Could not be happier with the service here. We have been bringing our cat in since we rescued him 4 years ago. All the staff are extremely helpful and we are always met with a smile. Constantly recommending them to friends.
Charged $65 for a 5 minute follow up visit that was supposed to include an xray but only received a quote for an xray. I would never have booked a follow up visit which was going to charge me for nothing new to report. No other vet has charged this way before or booked an appointment under the guise of only giving a quote. I will never go back to these money grabbers. The quote was double I have since found elsewhere. Avoid this business.
After being contacted about this review nothing has changed. It is always best to shop around before booking in as there are definitely better options locally. You can definitely get a better deal elsewhere. Don't fall for their sales tactics.
My dog has recently had some lumps removed and due to the location of one of the wounds, it had become red and swollen. Due to an event I was involved with, I was unable to bring her into the vet so rang to talk through my concerns, but only had 15 minutes to get things sorted. In that time, pictures were sent and the nurse (I think it was Ellie 🙂) followed up with Dr Chelsea, called back, allayed my concerns and took the time on the call to really put my mind at ease. Apart from the professional service, it was the understanding of my event and situation, and their speedy response that made me so grateful. I took my dog in for an appointment the next day. Again, they put my mind at ease and treated the issue with my dogs well-being coming first.
